He often helps move-up or retiring home buyers and has a knack for large-land homes with shops and detached mother-in-law units. Waterfront properties are another area of expertise for Pete.
Clients choose Pete because he goes the extra mile when it comes to helping clients – even after the home has closed, he makes it a habit to check in regularly and see how things are going. He is an active member of his local Snohomish community, helping at local food banks, servings as a PTA member and helping people make home ownership a possibility through first-time home buyer programs and classes.
