Required Paperwork Checklist for Employees

This training will cover the mandatory checklists we will be implementing for every transaction - purchase, sale and lease. The training module covers the steps necessary to close out a transaction and confirm commission processing with Accounting. Effective 12/1, any deal submitted to Accounting without the appropriate documentation will not be processed until the Required Paperwork Checklist has been completed and signed by the brokerage manager and submitted successfully to Edgar.
