If you are looking to collaborate among teams and centralize your processes more into Agorapulse, this is going to be a tremendous asset. The main purpose is to store all your images and videos in Agorapulse so you can reduce the extra work when sharing or storing them in another cloud-based service.
Also, drafting the content will be a huge help for those teams that are always working in advance or if you are implementing a new lean process where the content is uploaded, drafted and later scheduled/assigned.
We will cover briefly the Queues which will help those teams that would be considering a set of predefined categories for content. This will allow you to enable a system to automatically publish content within those categories, creating a backlog of content that is always running and avoid posting at inconsistent or conflicting times.
